No Return and Refund Policy:

2. Non-Refundable Items: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products unless they are proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the item in question and determine if it qualifies for a refund or exchange.

Restringing Service: If your Pixiu Bracelet string ever happens to break, we’re happy to provide a complimentary restringing service for your convenience. Simply cover the shipping costs, and we’ll take care of the rest. Please reach out to our live support team on the bottom right of your screen for further assistance and detailed instructions.

3. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order. You must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit for the value of the defective or damaged item. If you purchase a Pixiu bracelet in the incorrect size, please don’t hesitate to contact our live customer support team to arrange for our restringing service. Please note that shipping costs for the restringing service are not included.

4. Exclusions: Certain items may be excluded from our No Return and Refund Policy due to their nature. These may include customized or personalized products, clearance items, and items purchased during promotional sales or special events. These exclusions will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

5. Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for purchases made due to a change of mind or personal preferences. We encourage you to make informed decisions before finalizing your purchase.

6. Shipping and Handling: The cost of shipping and handling is non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a defective or damaged item, the original shipping and handling charges will not be included in the refund amount.
